I believe that, both in our work and academic
life, we must adopt an attitude of
collaboration while maintaining respect for our colleagues, teachers, and superiors. By doing so, we not only improve
interpersonal relationships but also a healthy and friendly environment. This type of environment allows
us to avoid conflicts and
promotes a more positive atmosphere where people
feel respected and valued and they
are more likely to share their thoughts and ideas freely, which enhances both learning
and teamwork as everyone brings
their unique perspective to the table.
In my case, I recognize that one area I should work on is my ability to
socialize and communicate more openly with others. I tend to communicate only when I think it is necessary, which sometimes creates
barriers. This lack of interaction can lead to
misunderstandings or confusion about certain topics that could have been
clarified with more explanation or dialogue. I realize that by limiting
my communication, I am missing
out on valuable feedback from others.
Now that I am aware of this, I feel that I must take proactive steps to open more spaces for conversation. Doing so would not only help me improve in my studies but also allow me to establish better relationships with my peers and professors. Building these connections is crucial, as academic and professional success depends significantly on our ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work well with others.
