1. What was the result of the experience?
I worked as a logistics assistant and I can say that I had a good experience even though I might have faced a lot of problems at the beginning, but as the days went by I managed to adapt to the environment and in the end I had few difficulties. I consider that it was a great experience that helped me to get into the working world
2. How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation?
My ability to adapt helped me to quickly understand all the terms that were used for logistics and thus carry out my work in a good way, and since it is a team effort I had to be flexible depending the coworkers I was working with in order to have a good work rhythm
3. Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?
I consider that I am a person who easily adapts to situations once I understand them but I feel that this is the most difficult step for me, it is difficult for me to initially understand the concepts so I have to be given a good explanation, I also feel that I have to improve my creativity because for non-specific orders I usually have problems
